Break the Spell

  • 1oz Guyana rum (El Dorado 8yr)
  • 1oz sweet vermouth (Vya)
  • ¾oz Cynar
  • ¼oz coffee liqueur (St George)

Build in a rocks glass with large ice cube, or stir and serve up.

Boulevardier riff. Like a boozy dessert. Ingredients blend together rather than playing distinct notes. Coffee comes in at the finish to round out the bitter notes.
