• ¾oz sweet vermouth (Vya)
  • ½oz Sfumato rabarbaro
  • 1¾oz whiskey (Four Finger Wheat)
  • dash angostura bitters Stir and serve up.

Sweet, rich, whiskey flavour perceptible. Could use something. Orange bitters? Mint? Braulio? Bourbon barrel bitters might work nicely - the spices could go well with the smoke.

Rabarbaro is a bit too dominant.
