• 1oz rye whiskey (Bulleit Rye)
• 1oz dry vermouth (Dolin Dry)
• 1oz Cynar
• 2 dashes celery bitters

70 variant §

• 1¼oz rye whiskey (First Call)
• 1oz dry vermouth (Noilly Prat Extra Dry)
• ¾oz Cynar 70
• 3 dashes celery bitters

Stir, serve up.

Rye whiskey nose. Complex and vegetal, surprisingly sweet given the dry vermouth. Could be more subtle with 2 dashes of the bitters, but maybe not needed?
