• 1oz lime
  • ¾oz rich simple syrup (2:1 brown)
  • 6ish medium strawberries (reserve one)
  • ½oz crème de violette
  • 1oz white rum
  • 1oz aged rum (Rhum Barbancourt 8 years)

Blend in a standing blender all ingredients with 3 ice cubes. Serve in a chilled Collins glass, garnished with the reserved strawberry.
