1/4oz Unicum
2oz Old Tom gin
1 egg white

It’s a bit like a tangy, herbal, cold hot chocolate. If that makes any sense. Which it probably doesn’t.

Named after the first Hungarian word I learned to recognise.

Proportions not quite right - Unicum dominates even with only 1/4oz.
