Tequila Old Fashioned §

• ~¼oz brown sugar simple syrup
• 2 dashes Fee Brothers Celery Bitters
• splash of Nocino
• 2oz añejo tequila

Very nice combinations. The savoriness of celery, and the bitterness of walnut, complement the tequila very nicely. The brown sugar brings out the aging of the tequila.

Maybe a little too sweet with 2:1 brown sugar syrup - try with less?
