Spicy Daisy §

• 2oz St George Chili Vodka
• .75oz lime juice
• .25oz brown sugar syrup (2:1)

Shake, pour in a Collins glass filled with ice, top up with club soda.

Very nice showcase for the Chili Vodka. Barely sweet but doesn’t need it. Chili + fizz gives it an almost gingery kick.

Maybe try a dash of maraschino for pizzazz?
