Cibola Rum cocktail

  • 2oz dark rum (Seale’s)
  • ⅓oz rich simple syrup (2:1)
  • ¼oz Amaro Nonino
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe, garnished with a cherry.
