• 3-4 strawberries, muddled
  • 1 strawberry for garnish
  • ⅜oz maraschino liqueur
  • ⅜oz crème de Violette
  • ½oz lemon juice
  • 2oz gin

Shake and strain into a largish coupe or Martini glass.

Really just an Aviation with strawberry juice. Works well.

Blended variant

Blend all ingredients in a standing blender with 3 ice cubes. Serve in a chilled Collins glass, garnished with the reserved strawberry.
