- 2oz bison grass vodka (Zubrowka)
- ½oz Alta Verde amaro
- 1oz lime juice
- ½oz rich simple syrup
Shake and serve up.
Alta Verde bitterness is tamed by the lime though still present. Bison grass aroma pairs well with the complex amaro. Definitely not everyone’s drink, bit like an Industry Sour.
