Gentini cocktail

  • ½oz dry vermouth (Noilly Prat)
  • ¼oz sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica)
  • ½oz Suze gentian liqueur
  • 2oz gin (Roku)

Refreshingly bitter.

Proportions worth playing with, but in between a Martini and a Negroni seems to work well.

Similar to a White Negroni but I didn’t have any Lillet.

Variant: Bitter and Twisted

Replace the sweet vermouth with Fernet, add a dash of maraschino. Very bitter but satisfying.
