Rhubacon cocktail

  • ½oz bacon maple syrup
  • ¼oz Sfumato Rabarbaro Amaro
  • 1½oz bourbon (Basil Hayden)
  • ½oz dark rum (Kaniche / Barrilito)

Stir, serve in a chilled coupe.

Pleasingly umami and gently smokey. Rhubarb not overpowering.
