Negroni di limone

  • 1oz gin (St George Botanivore)
  • 1oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.5oz Campari
  • 0.5oz limoncello (Joey’s Homemade)

Stir, serve up or in a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Might actually work better with dry vermouth, haven’t experimented yet.
